Reward Rules

AI Trivia Rush uses tickets for reward shop requests and campaign progress for sponsor rewards. This is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or cash-out product.

Tickets

Tickets are earned through eligible gameplay and missions after server-side checks. Tickets are not money, do not have cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, refunded, or exchanged outside the app.

Shop Redemptions

A shop redemption creates a pending request. The platform may approve, reject, cancel, or delay fulfillment based on inventory, eligibility, account status, abuse checks, sponsor availability, and operational limits.

Campaign Rewards

Sponsor and city-event rewards may require answering specific campaign questions, joining an event, or meeting a published target. Unlocking a campaign reward creates a pending claim; it does not guarantee immediate delivery.

Eligibility

Rewards may be limited by location, age, account state, sponsor rules, stock, campaign period, and fair-play checks. Automated play, duplicate accounts, fake invites, chargebacks, or suspicious activity can void rewards.
